Ariel Bagley is a Paralegal at Ross Law Group, where he helps clients navigate regulatory filings such as Form Ds and ADVs and assists with capital markets transactions such as IPOs on Form S-1 and Regulation A+ offerings on Form 1-As.

Prior to RLG, Ariel was a consultant in FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment, aligned with the financial services industry. In this role, Ariel supported the regulatory and public affairs strategies of a variety of global clients including asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and private equity firms through sector-specific research, regulatory advising, and counsel. During his time there, Ariel helped successfully launch the first FinTech lobby trade association in Washington D.C. by preparing Congressional outreach strategies, developing public-facing communications, and helping ensure compliance with Federal lobbying disclosure regulations.

Prior to joining FTI, Ariel worked at BerlinRosen Public Affairs, a New York-based strategic communications firm. At BerlinRosen, Ariel helped a diverse coalition of environmental, community, and political groups pass New York State’s first congestion pricing plan.

Ariel has also worked as a political aide and researcher to leading dignitaries including Israeli Ambassador Ido Aharoni and Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd on matters ranging from the U.S. Presidential elections to maritime trade issues in the South China Sea.

In his free time, Ariel enjoys reading and hiking to seek solace from the woes of his beloved New York Giants, and can be found with a great book on one of the many mountains along the Appalachian Trail in Upstate New York or Asheville, North Carolina, where he frequents to spend time with family.

Ariel holds a B.A. in Political Science with magna cum laude distinction from Queens College, CUNY.
