We advise upon the U.S. tax obligations of foreign investors into the United States and the obligations of U.S. clients investing overseas, including entity formation and classification, the application of tax treaties and reliefs, GILTI/PFIC/CFC issues arising, withholding taxes and reporting obligations, foreign partnerships.
