Russell Klein

Russell advises on creating, capitalizing and growing emerging companies and commercial enterprises. His practice experience includes corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, contracts, regulatory compliance, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and IT agreements.

Prior to joining Ross Law Group, Russell was the fund attorney and investment manager at The DeFi Fund, an open-ended investment fund focused on decentralized finance protocols and early stage fintech companies.  Prior to The DeFi Fund, Russell worked in venture capital as an in-house attorney at Citibank, and in the M&A and Technology Transactions departments at WilmerHale. He started his career as a corporate associate at Gibson Dunn, where he was an attorney in the M&A group after graduating from Columbia Law School.

 In his spare time, Russell enjoys biking through Central Park.
