Lony focuses her practice on securities law, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Lony has played a key role in several public securities offerings.
Prior to joining Ross Law Group, Lony was a summer extern at the firm. She also worked for a securities litigation practice, where she provided support on litigation, arbitration, and broker-dealer disciplinary proceedings.
Lony earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Prince Merit Scholar, concentrating her studies in Business Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Science, Technology, and Society from Vassar College.
Lony is bilingual in English and Chinese, speaking both Cantonese and Mandarin.
