Grace Wang is an Associate of the Firm. Grace focuses her practice at the Firm on venture capital financings and venture capital fund formation and related regulatory counsel.
Prior to joining Ross Law Group, Grace worked for a startup in Beijing, leading several financing rounds; a large mobile internet company; and a fund sponsor, helping to launch many PE/VC funds. Grace began her attorney career at King & Wood Mallesons, the largest global law firm in Asia. Grace has substantial experience with Cayman Islands funds investing into U.S. companies.
Grace earned her LLM degree from UC-Berkeley Law School, where she concentrated her studies on Venture Capital. She earned her Master’s degree in Law from University of International Business and Economics and her Bachelor’s in Law from Nanjing University. She is fluent in English and Mandarin. She is barred in Mainland China, and has passed the New York bar examination and is currently awaiting admission in New York.
